Ian Bogost is a video game researcher at Georgia Tech, and a game designer at Persuasive Game. Known for being a designer, philosopher, critic, and research, Ian Bogost focuses on video games as cultural artifacts. He is an active member on the subject of Gamification, and has some highly influential theories and views on the subject (“Gamification is bullshit“). He is also an entrepreneur and an author who had wrote several book on the subject of video games in terms of the criticism, power, history, and the medium itself. Badges of honor:
